A little about me

I am a late middle aged single mother of two daughters. I was born in Indonesia and live in Amsterdam since I was three years old. I studied, worked in the international apparel industry, got married, became a full time house wife and mother, divorced, trained for Transformational Life Coach, have successfully finished two master studies at the VU (Marketing executive version) and at the VU/UvA (Entrepreneurship full time version). I have a dog, I love badminton (high level national and international), pilates, barre-class, gardening and dinners with friends.

I find great satisfaction in helping people help themselves forwards in life. My aim is to coach a person into independence and well-being. Lifecoaching is very healing for me, because I used to be the rescuer, the person who solved everybody’s problems. Of course I eventually found out that this is a tiring and not very effective way to solve problems. It is much more interesting to coach a person to help themselves. I have done my job well when my coachee has an aha-moment, experiences more energy and experiences positive changes in his or her life.

In my life I have experienced my share of tough struggles, petrifying fears and blocking structures. The good news though, is that whenever I managed to deal with a problem or a challenge by solving the real problem, by tackling the real issue, that type of problem disappeared for ever. It became a

non-issue. It felt as if a small miracle has occurred. Challenges will keep popping up I suppose, but it is your ability to deal with them that will

make them look less problematic.

Let me coach you into a life with increasing positive events.
